testing stations built to ensure performance when you need it.
To ensure that all work is done to OEM specs, Dover Hydraulics maintains specialized hydraulic testing stations in its cylinder shop, component shop and valve room.
Cylinder Shop hydraulic testing station. Dover Hydraulics' cylinder shop testing station includes a 100 horsepower hydraulic oil test stand for up to 5,000 psi, 42 GPM, and 100 gallon capacity (with an additional 600 gallons of oil available).
Our 30 horsepower water glycol test stand is outfitted for 4,500 psi, and 200 gallon capacity (with additional water-glycol capacity available)
Dover's HAGC cylinder test stand will hold 62-inch maximum diameter cylinders and withstand 7.5 million pounds of force. We provide digitally recorded hysteresis curves and pressure decay graphs as part of our Test and Final Inspection Report.
Dover has the most comprehensive hydraulic oscillation cylinder testing facilities in America. We are the industry leader in the repair and testing of these complicated actuators.
Component Shop hydraulic testing station. Our Component Shop hydraulic testing station includes a 100 horsepower Schroeder test stand, with a 150 gallon reservoir capacity, and 42.3 gallons/minute output. It operates on mineral oil at 5,000 psi, and features open and closed loop controls.
We also operate a custom-built hydraulic testing station for larger capacity units. It has a 675 gallon reservoir capacity, with a 100 gallon closed loop drive circuit. The custom hydraulic testing station is powered with 730 horsepower, at 5,000 psi load capacity, and is capable of testing open loop, closed loop, and submersible pumps.
Valve Room hydraulic testing station. Dover's clean valve room is equipped to test proportional and servo valves. The valve room's hydraulic testing station is rated for 10 horsepower, with a 20 gallon reservoir. Maximum supply is 8 GPM with up to 4,000 psi.
The valve room's test station features numerous interfaces for directional, relief, check, proportional and servo valve types, and is rated for 3,000 psi load capability.
