Dover Hydraulics performs comprehensive hydraulic component testing services - for all of your pumps and cylinders.

All cylinders are tested to 1.5 times operating pressure. Smart cylinders with electro-hydraulic controls can be tested and their position sensors can be certified, as well. Custom test procedures and repairs are generated for these cylinders.

Once repairs are completed, Dover Hydraulics thoroughly tests all pumps to OEM specifications. The unit's performance is recorded and a copy of the test report is made available to customers. Maximum pump testing capacity is 730 horsepower, at 250+ gallons/minute, and 5,000 psi.

On completion of Dover's hydraulic component testing, repaired pumps are delivered with a warranty equal to that which is offered by the OEM on new units.
